Request data deletion.
A direct way to ask us to remove information held through Swarna Solutions or Swarna LeadDesk.
Effective 18 September 2026 · Updated 21 October 2026
01 / Send your request
Privacy contact: Nikail Singh for SWARNA SOLUTIONS, CIPC registration number K2026359470. Business correspondence address: 45 Fransen St, Chamdor, Krugersdorp, 1754, South Africa.
Email nikail@swarnasolutions.co.za with the subject LeadDesk data deletion request. You do not need to sign in to LeadDesk to make a request. If possible, write from the email address associated with your account.
- Identify the service or account email. For a WhatsApp-related request, include the relevant phone number with country code and the agent or business you dealt with.
- Say whether you want to delete your entire account, data from a particular integration, or specified personal records. For Meta, name Swarna Agents Lead desk (app ID 1621424693028381). A business or WhatsApp account identifier is helpful if you already know it, but is not required.
- Tell us whether you also want an export, integration disconnection or subscription cancellation. Ask for an export before deletion if you need a copy.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, payment-card details or identity documents in your initial request. If you cannot access the account email, tell us; we will arrange proportionate verification without asking for your password.
02 / What your request can cover
Your request can cover account/profile information; client CRM records and notes; Zernio and Meta/WhatsApp business connection identifiers, authorisation records, sender/profile and template data held by Swarna; message history and related delivery records under our control; and Google connection metadata, stored tokens and cached events. We check which records actually exist for your account and which providers need to act.
If you are a customer of an agent or another business using LeadDesk, you may contact that business directly or ask us to help identify and route the request. We verify identity and the business's authority before removing its records. You do not need a LeadDesk subscription to exercise your privacy rights.
03 / Stop future access
Meta/Facebook: review your Facebook or Meta business integration settings and remove Swarna Agents Lead desk where listed. Also email us to disable the associated Swarna connection and request deletion. Zernio/WhatsApp: ask us to disable your private LeadDesk connection and arrange deletion of the associated provider-held records where we control them. Removing access in Meta does not itself erase records already held by Swarna or Zernio. We confirm the relevant connection and deletion scope without deleting other customers’ workspaces. See Zernio’s privacy policy for its privacy-request route.
Google: where available, choose Account → Integrations → Disconnect in LeadDesk, or revoke access in Google Account connections. If LeadDesk reports a failure, contact us. A successful LeadDesk disconnect removes its active refresh token and cached events; it does not erase your original Google Calendar events. Revocation at Google alone does not delete every Swarna record.
Subscription: deleting data or disconnecting a provider is separate from cancelling paid service. Include cancellation in your request if that is also your intention.
04 / What happens next
Requests are handled by a person through email. This page is a set of instructions, not an automated deletion callback or instant account-deletion tool.
We verify your identity and the requested scope, then explain the steps and expected completion time. We handle deletion without unnecessary delay and within applicable legal requirements. Where we control provider-held records, we arrange the relevant deletion or explain any provider action still outstanding.
We reply with the outcome: what was deleted, any records retained and why, and any remaining provider or backup-expiry steps. You can check progress by replying to the same email conversation. If we cannot fulfil all or part of a request, we explain the reason and the available next steps.
05 / Records and copies that may remain
We may retain limited information where necessary for a lawful purpose, such as accounting requirements, an unresolved dispute, security investigation, proof of a request's handling or an opt-out record needed to prevent further marketing. We explain the applicable reason and retention basis; this is not a blanket exemption from deletion.
Deletion from active systems does not instantly remove protected backups or copies held independently by message recipients, your agent/business, Google, Meta or Zernio. Provider retention and backup schedules differ. We explain relevant limits rather than promise a universal deletion date, and help identify where a separate request is needed.
See our privacy policy for retention information. If you are dissatisfied with how your request is handled, reply to the privacy contact or raise a complaint with South Africa's Information Regulator.
